Alex Chan

Alex graduated with Masters in Real Estate (1st Class Honours) from University of Reading and a Bachelor of Business Management (Magna Cum Laude) from Singapore Management University. He is also a Chartered Member (MRICS) with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

With a genuine & keen interest in real estate, Alex has more than 13 years of real estate business development and investment experience in Singapore and across different countries. Currently, Alex is the Vice President (Investments) for a Japanese real estate private equity fund. He has also worked in the area of business development with Singapore developers focusing on residential and hospitality asset classes. Till date, Alex has involved in investment projects of more than US$500 million equity in total. 

Currently, Alex is also lecturer for real estate and finance related courses at various tertiary institutions. He is also certified with an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) awarded by the Institute of Adult Learning (IAL) in Singapore.
