Avantika Jain is a passionate Business Coach with over 3,200 hours of experience, having worked with individuals, leaders, and teams from a wide range of organisations, including government bodies, NGOs, and corporates such as Lazada, Fave, Charles & Keith (Pedro), Groupon, the Singapore International Foundation, Sengkang High School, and Startupbootcamp.
With more than a decade of experience in Entrepreneurship, eCommerce, FinTech, and Consulting, Avantika has held leadership roles in notable companies like Fave (PineLabs Group) and Lazada (Alibaba Group). She has led strategic projects across Southeast Asia, focusing on business operations, team leadership, and digital commerce. During her tenure as General Manager of Fave Singapore, she managed P&L responsibilities and helped scale key revenue lines, while also contributing to national digitisation efforts alongside Singaporean government bodies. At Lazada, she spearheaded large-scale marketing campaigns that drove significant growth for the company.
Her passion for entrepreneurship is evident in the three profitable companies she founded and led. As a mentor for the SIF’s Young Social Entrepreneurs program, she has guided impactful projects like BeBonobo, a community-sharing platform that secured $20,000 in seed funding, and Dhaan, a grain bank initiative for Indian villages. She is also a Startup Mentor at Startupbootcamp.
An INSEAD MBA graduate, Avantika is dedicated to training and curriculum development. She has delivered over 200 corporate sessions, covering topics such as mindfulness, communication skills, leadership and entrepreneurship, always striving to make her sessions practical, impactful, and accessible.
